摘　　要：随着科技的不断发展,科学仪器已经成为教学及科研的主要帮手。仪器使用需求及仪器规模的不断攀升,使得原有的仪器管理模式亟需改进。测试中心作为大型仪器开放共享的核心与主体,旨在整合全校现有资源,服务于学校高水平人才培养、高质量的学科建设及高速的区域经济发展。如何建立规范的仪器管理平台、提高仪器的开放共享程度、提升测试服务水平是摆在管理者面前的一个现实问题。本文以武汉纺织大学分析测试中心为模板,分析了当前科研仪器管理存在的规章制度不全、维护保养偏高等现实问题,并总结测试中心从管理规章制度、质量体系建设、人才培养及仪器开放共享等方面做出探索和实践,提出新形势下大型仪器开放运行管理的思路和想法,以期对省属高校分析测试中心的发展提供参考。With the continuous development of technology,scientific instruments have become the main assistant in teaching and research.The demand for instrument use and the scale of instrument continue to rise,the old instrument management system is no longer fit for purpose.Testing center is the main body of large-scale instruments shared,it aims to integrate existing resources across the university,serve the cultivation of school talents、discipline construction and regional economic development.How to establish the sounded and unified laboratory management platform、improve the degree of open sharing of instruments and improve testing service levels is a practical problem in front of managers.This paper focuses on practical problems and challenges faced by the Analytical and Testing Center of Wuhan Textile University,analyzes the incomplete rules and high-cost of maintenance;it puts forward a series of improvement methods,including perfecting laboratory management rules,quality system construction,talent development and enhancing the accessible and shared using of the instruments.It also proposes new ideas and insights on the opening operation management of large-scale instruments together with the development of technology in order to providing reference for the development of analysis and testing center of provincial universities.
