摘 要:通过有限元计算和理论分析,对不同沥青路面结构应力对车辙的影响进行了分析,从理论上解释了沥青路面结构组合与应力和车辙的关系。结合工程调研,通过对不同工况下的车辙现象进行分析,进一步佐证了沥青路面结构组合与应力和车辙的关系。主要结论包括:车辙主要发生在路面深度18 cm范围;不同沥青路面结构内部压应力均随深度的增大而逐步减小,刚度越大的路面结构,同深度处压应力水平略大;不同沥青路面结构内部剪应力均随深度的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,刚度越大的路面结构,同深度处剪应力水平越大;沥青层较薄(如10 cm)而刚度较大的沥青路面结构,车辙较少;沥青面层略厚(如18 cm)且刚度略小的沥青路面结构,车辙有增加的趋势;沥青面层较厚(大于22 cm)而刚度较小的沥青路面结构,“偏柔”的结构使得应力水平大幅下降以及在较厚深度范围不易产生接触面破坏,无论从压密变形还是剪切破坏的发生概率大幅降低,因此并不会较沥青层较薄时产生更多车辙。相关结论为类似沥青路面结构分析提供了借鉴。By finite element calculations and theoretical analysis,the relationship between the stress variation law and wheel track of different asphalt pavement structures is carried out.The relationships among asphalt pavement structure combinations and stress,wheel track are explained theoretically,which is further supported by the analysis of the wheel track under different conditions combined based on engineering research.The main conclusions include that rutting mainly occurs within a depth range of 18 cm under the road surface;The internal compressive stress values of different pavement structures gradually decrease with the increase of depth.The higher the stiffness of the pavement structure,the slightly higher the compressive stress level at the same depth;The internal shear stress values of different pavement structures show a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing with depth.The stiffer the pavement structure,the higher the shear stress level at the same depth;An asphalt pavement structure with a thin asphalt layer(10 cm)and high stiffness has fewer ruts;The asphalt surface with slightly thicker(18 cm)layer and lower stiffness has an increasing trend of ruts;The asphalt surface with thicker layer(greater than 22 cm)has lower stiffness and a“softer”structure,which significantly reduces stress levels and reduces the likelihood of contact surface failure at thicker depths.Both the damage occurrence of compaction deformation or shear are significantly reduced.Therefore,it won’t cause more ruts than that with thinner asphalt surface layer.The relevant results provide reference for similar asphalt pavement structure.
