摘  要:简要评述了钢筋连接用铸造式灌浆套筒和机加工式灌浆套筒的应用情况以及存在问题,介绍了新型铸造式灌浆套筒和新型机加工式灌浆套筒的设计与试验研究情况。研究结果表明,新型铸造式灌浆套筒提升了机械性能和产品质量,减小了结构尺寸和降低了制造成本,有效提升了产品竞争力;新型挤压加工式灌浆套筒相对铸造式灌浆套筒用材较少,相对滚压加工式灌浆套筒加工量较少,钢管变形小,总体加工成本较低;新型挤压加工式全灌浆套筒设计了新型钢筋定位装置,不需要在套筒上加工螺栓孔,减少了应力集中,显著提高了灌浆套筒的承载力;新型灌浆套筒接头型式试验均能满足相关规范要求,为类似工程设计与研究提供了一定参考。The application and problems of casting grouting sleeves and machining grouting sleeves for reinforcing bar connections are briefly reviewed in the paper.The design and experimental research situations are introduced.The research findings indicate that the new casting grouting sleeves have enhanced mechanical performance and product quality,reduced structural dimensions and manufacturing costs,and effectively improved product competitiveness;The new extrusion-processed grouting sleeves consume less material than the casting grouting sleeves and have a smaller processing volume than the rolled-processing grouting sleeves,with the minor deformation of the steel tube and a lower overall processing cost;The new extrusion-processed full grouting sleeves design a new reinforcing bar positioning device,eliminating the need for machining bolt holes on the sleeves,reducing stress concentration and significantly enhancing the bearing capacity of the grouting sleeves;All the new grouting sleeve joints tests can meet the requirements of relevant specifications,providing certain references for similar engineering designs and research.
