摘　　要：目的制定中国11市初产、经产单胎儿体质量曲线,研究不同胎龄经产与初产单胎儿的差异特征。方法收集中国11个城市11家妇幼保健院2017—2020年分娩的活产单胎儿资料,按初产、经产分类制定出生体质量百分位曲线。结果本研究共纳入胎龄27~42周活产单胎儿372923例,初产187732例(50.34%),经产185191例(49.66%)。制定中国11市胎龄27~42周初产与经产单胎儿男性、女性出生体质量3rd~97th百分位数值及其百分位曲线图。经产单胎儿(男性、女性)出生体质量10th、50th、90th曲线水平高于初产单胎儿(男性、女性)体质量曲线。初产单胎儿(男性、女性)出生体质量10th、50th、90th曲线水平低于中国11市合计单胎儿(男性、女性)体质量曲线;经产单胎儿(男性、女性)出生体质量10th、50th、90th曲线水平高于中国11市合计单胎儿(男性、女性)体质量曲线。结论中国11市372923例胎龄27~42周初产与经产单胎儿男性、女性出生体质量3rd~97th百分位数值及其百分位曲线图,可作为按初产、经产分类的单胎儿宫内生长评价参考标准。经产单胎儿出生体质量水平明显高于初产单胎儿。Objective To establish a birth weight curve for singleton infants born to primiparous or multiparous women in 11 cities in China and to investigate the differences in characteristics between these two groups at various gestational ages.Methods The birth weight percentile curves were developed for singleton infants delivered between 2017 and 2020 from 11 Maternal and Child Health Care hospitals in 11 cities of China,classified by primiparous and multiparous.Results A total of 372923 live singleton infants born at 27-42 weeks of gestation were included in this study,comprising 187732(50.34%)primiparous and 185191(49.66%)multiparous infants.The 3rd-97th percentile values of birth weights and their percentile curves for 372923 primiparous and multiparous singleton infants with a gestational age(GA)of 27-42 weeks in 11 cities of China were established.Birth weight curves for multiparous infants(both male and female)at the 10th,50th,and 90th percentiles were higher than those for primiparous infants.Additionally,the birth weight curves for primiparous infants were lower than the overall curves for singleton infants across the 11 cities,while the curves for multiparous infants were higher than the overall curves.Conclusions The 3rd-97th percentile values of birth weights and their percentile curves for 372923 primiparous and multiparous singleton infants with a GA of 27-42 weeks in 11 cities of China were developed,which can be used as reference standard for evaluating the intrauterine growth of primiparous and multiparous singleton infants.Notably,the birth weight level of multiparous singleton neonates is significantly higher than that of primiparous singleton neonates.
