浅埋铁路隧道下穿公路施工沉降控制技术研究

摘  要:开挖既有公路下方浅埋大断面隧道时,容易对既有公路的路面结构造成不利影响,可能引发路面沉降甚至破坏等问题,进而威胁公路行车安全和破坏道路质量。为探究这一问题的主要解决措施,文章基于德上公路下方的合福高铁黄柏岭隧道爆破开挖施工实践,分别采用CRD法、CD法和台阶法对工程情况进行有限元分析,探究不同分析方法下路面沉降、围岩应力与围岩变形之间的关联性。分析结果表明,采用台阶法模拟时效果良好。同时在施工实践中采用小导管和管棚联合方式对地层进行加固处理,并结合地表沉降和结构断面观测数据,对爆破技术进行优化,从而确保施工过程中围岩的变形和沉降被控制在合理范围内,保障本隧道施工的顺利进行。When excavating shallow-buried large-section tunnel under an existing highway,it will easily have adverse effects on the pavement structure of the existing highway,and it may lead to road settlement and even road damage,threatening road operation safety and sabotaging road quality.To explore the principal solutions to this issue,based on the construction practice of blasting excavation of Huangbailing tunnel of Hefei-Fuzhou high-speed railway under Deshang highway,the CRD method,CD method and step method are used to carry out finite elements analysis of the engineering situation respectively,and the relationship among pavement settlement,surrounding rock stress and surrounding rock deformation is explored.The analysis results show that the effect is good when the step method is adopted,and the stratum is reinforced by the combined method of small pipe and pipe-roof combination,combined with the observation of ground settlement and structure section,and the blasting technology is optimized,so as to ensure the deformation and settlement of surrounding rock in a reasonable range during blasting construction,and to ensure the smooth development of construction of this tunnel.
