摘 要:弓网系统作为城市轨道交通电力牵引供电系统的核心组成部分,其运行稳定性对于确保列车运行安全和提升运营效率具有至关重要的作用。文章以贵阳市轨道交通1号线列车运营中出现的弓网异常磨耗现象为例,深入剖析城市轨道交通弓网异常磨耗的成因,包括弓网材料、接触网悬挂方式、接触网刚柔过渡设计、弓网接触压力、列车运行速度及环境条件等多方面因素。基于弓网异常磨耗成因分析,进一步针对性提出设计、施工及运营各阶段的调整与预防措施,旨在从源头上减少弓网异常磨耗,保证列车运营安全,延长系统寿命,并降低运维成本,为解决城市轨道交通弓网系统异常磨耗问题提供参考和借鉴。As a critical component of the electric traction power supply system in rail transit,the operational stability of pantograph-OCS system is vital for ensuring train safety and enhancing operational efficiency.Taking the abnormal wear of the pantograph-OCS system observed in the operation of Guiyang metro line 1 as an example,this article delves into the causes of abnormal wear in urban rail transit’s pantograph-OCS systems.These causes encompass various factors such as pantograph-OCS materials,OCS suspension,rigid-to-flexible transition design of the OCS,pantograph-OCS contact pressure,train operating speed and environmental conditions.Based on the analysis of the causes of abnormal wear of pantograph-OCS,this article further proposes targeted adjustment and preventive measures for the various phases of design,construction and operation,aiming to reduce abnormal pantograph-OCS wear from its source,ensure train operational safety,extend system lifespan,and lower the operation and maintenance costs.This article provides reference and inspiration for addressing the issue of abnormal wear in urban rail transit's pantograph-OCS system.
