摘 要:大量研究表明,建筑能效在设计、建造以及使用过程中,实测与理论、运行与设计之间会存在建筑实际能效与理论能效差异。基于建筑全寿命周期视角,通过深入文献调研,结合CiteSpace的文献分析功能以及使用后评估、绿色建筑和可持续发展理念等相关内容,对建筑能效差异的产生原因与优化方法进行研究分析,以期为我国未来建筑能效差异优化的研究提供启发。Numerous studies have shown that,in the design,construction and use process of building energy efficiency,there are differences between actual building energy efficiency and theoretical energy efficiency in actual measurement and theory and operation and design.Based on the perspective of the entire life cycle of buildings,through in-depth literature research,combined with CiteSpace's literature analysis function,post use evaluation,green building and sustainable development concepts,this study analyzes the causes and optimization methods of building energy efficiency differences,in order to provide inspiration for future research on optimizing building energy efficiency differences in China.
