摘 要:BIM建模软件项目样板的应用对统一建模标准、提升建模效率以及保障BIM模型质量至关重要。项目样板的设置需基于国家、地方、行业以及企业的BIM标准,满足企业数字化实施要求。文章研究了工程行业两款主流BIM建模软件Revit与OpenBuildings Designer应用现状及其项目样板设置内容,比较两款软件在工民建、水利水电、新能源等工程业务领域使用占比,以及其在项目样板设置上的优劣,并分析这两款软件基于研究成果的主要应用场景,为工程人员、团队以及企业选择与使用BIM建模软件提供参考。The application of BIM modeling software project templates is crucial to unify modeling standards,improve modeling efficiency and ensure the quality of BIM models.The setting of project templates should be based on national,local,industry and enterprise BIM standards to meet the requirements of enterprise digital implementation.This paper studies the application status of two kinds of mainstream BIM modeling software in engineering industry of Revit and OpenBuildings Designer,and the content of project template setting,compares the usage proportion of the two kinds of software in the engineering business fields of civil and industrial construction,water conservancy and hydropower,new energy and other engineering business fields,as well as their advantages and disadvantages in project template setting.It also analyzes the main application scenarios of the two kinds of software based on the research results,and provides references for engineers,teams and enterprises to choose and use BIM modeling software.
