摘 要:文章剖析了国省干线公路养护的特点及当前被动养护模式下存在的资金不足、管理不到位等问题,将可持续发展理念以及可持续路网的概念引入到国省干线公路养护中,提出根据路段剩余服务寿命、健康状况、养护工程量、养护资金等合理设计与编制年度养护计划与方案,以多目标决策优化方式实现养护资金与公路使用性能的最优化,切实提高养护资金的利用率与每年公路养护工程量的均衡性。This paper analyzes the characteristics of national and provincial trunk highway maintenance and the problems such as insufficient funds and inadequate management under the current passive maintenance mode,and introduces the concept of sustainable development and the concept of sustainable road network into the maintenance of national and provincial trunk highways.It proposes to reasonably design and formulate annual maintenance plans and schemes according to the remaining service life of section,health condition,maintenance quantity and maintenance funds,etc.,and optimize the maintenance funds and highway performance with multi-objective decision-making optimization method,so as to effectively improve the utilization rate of maintenance funds and the balance between the annual highway maintenance quantity.
