摘　　要：随着全球人口老龄化的不断增加,如何让老人安享晚年已成为越来越多人考虑的问题。打造充满人性关怀、持续灵活发展、共享自然生态的现代化、智慧化、适老化养老服务中心,已成为核心关注点。建筑智能化作为实现这一目标的重要途径,其设计的质量直接关系到养老服务机构建设的成功与否。With the continuous increase of global population aging,how to enable the elderly to enjoy their later years has become a concern for more and more people.Building a modern,intelligent,and age-friendly elderly care service center that is imbued with human care,sustainable and flexible development,and shared natural ecology has become the core concern.Building intelligence is an important means to achieve this goal,and the quality of its design is directly related to the success of the construction of elderly service institutions.
