摘　　要：文章研究了城市轨道交通站城一体化综合开发方法,在掌握城市轨道交通站城一体化概念的基础上,从功能性、空间性、融合性、生态性四个方面,分析了站城融合可持续发展策略,同时,强调了落实以人为本、衔接好城市轨道交通与公共交通、注重基础设施建设等的城市轨道交通站城一体化综合开发路径,凝聚运输业、商业、办公等为一体的城市轨道交通站城一体化模式,能够增强轨道交通站点功能,满足广大群众多样化生活所需。This paper studies the comprehensive development method of stations and cities integration of urban rail transit.On the basis of mastering the concept of integration of stations and cities of urban rail transit station,it analyzes the sustainable development strategy of stations and cities integration from four aspects:functionality,space,integration and ecology.At the same time,it emphasizes a comprehensive development path for stations and cities integration of urban rail transit with the implementation of people-oriented,good connection of urban rail transit and public transportation,and paying attention to infrastructure construction,and integrates the stations and cities integration mode of urban rail transit station of transportation industry,commerce,and office as one,which can enhance the function of rail transit stations and meet the diversified needs of the masses.
