摘 要:为制备高性能的MgO-CaZrO_(3)耐火材料,利用预合成CaZrO_(3)作为原料,在制备过程中分别加入不同含量的MgO,通过X射线衍射、物理性能分析和扫描电镜等技术,研究CaZrO_(3)引入种类和MgO含量对其物相组成、显微组织和物理性能的影响。结果表明,MgO在一定程度上促进了CaZrO_(3)向钙锆中间产物Ca0.15Zr0.85O1.85的转化,在高温烧结过程中,会新生成一定量的CaZrO_(3),界面反应增多,促进了烧结致密化。引入CaZrO_(3)预处理原料时,当MgO加入量为30%(质量分数),材料性能较好,主要物相为MgO、CaZrO_(3)和Ca_(0.15)Zr_(0.85)O_(1.85),CaZrO_(3)平均晶粒尺寸为1.5~2.5μm,MgO平均晶粒尺寸为2.5~3.5μm;显气孔率为2.56%,体积密度为3.85 g/cm^(3),线收缩率为15.43%,常温耐压强度为376 MPa。引入CaZrO_(3)原料时,当MgO加入量为30%(质量分数),材料性能较好,主要物相为MgO、CaZrO_(3)和Ca_(0.15)Zr_(0.85)O_(1.85),CaZrO_(3)平均晶粒尺寸为2~4μm,MgO平均晶粒尺寸为9~11μm;显气孔率为0.90%,体积密度为4.87 g/cm^(3),线收缩率为17.47%,常温耐压强度为250 MPa。To prepare high-performance MgO-CaZrO_(3) refractory materials,pre-synthesized calcium zirconate was used as the raw material,and different contents of magnesium oxide were added during the process.The effects of CaZrO_(3) introduction types and magnesium oxide content on the phase composition,microstructure and physical properties were studied through techniques such as X-ray diffraction,physical property analysis,and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the presence ofMgO promotes the transformation of calcium zirconate to the intermediate product Ca0.15Zr0.85O1.85 to a certain extent.During the high-temperature sintering process,newly generated CaZrO_(3) could lead to the increase in interfacial reactions and the sintering densification would be greatly improved.When the pre-synthesized CaZrO_(3) was introduced as well as 30 mass%of MgO was added,the obtained MgO-CaZrO_(3) refractories possessed excellent properties.For the obtained MgO-CaZrO_(3) refractories,the main phases were MgO,CaZrO_(3),and Ca_(0.15)Zr_(0.85)O_(1.85),where the average grain size of CaZrO_(3) was 1.5-2.5μm andthat of MgO was 2.5-3.5μm.According to the analysis of densification parameters,the apparent porosity was 2.56%,the bulk density was 3.85 g/cm^(3),the linear shrinkage rate was 15.43%,and the compressive strength at room temperature was 376 MPa.Correspondingly,the MgO-CaZrO_(3) refractories were obtained with excellent properties when the synthesized CaZrO_(3) was introduced as well as 30 mass%of MgO was added.The main phases for the prepared MgO-CaZrO_(3) refractories were also MgO,CaZrO_(3),and Ca_(0.15)Zr_(0.85)O_(1.85).The average grain size of CaZrO_(3) and MgO increased to 2-4μm and 9-11μm,respectively.Meanwhile,the densification also increased,where the apparent porosity was 0.90%,the bulk density was 4.87 g/cm^(3) and the linear shrinkage rate was 17.47%.The room-temperature compressive strength exhibited a decrease tendency with a value of 250 MPa at this time.
