摘　　要：基于补体系统阐释糖尿病肾病(DKD)病机及治法。内生实热及气虚阴火致肾络微型癥瘕形成是DKD核心病机,益气清热消癥治法是DKD的关键治法,补体功能失调是DKD“肾络癥瘕”形成的潜在物质基础,益气清热消癥法可能通过调节补体功能延缓DKD进展。This paper elucidates the pathogenesis and therapeutic approaches of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)based on the complement system.The formation of"renal collateral mass"due to endogenous heat and deficiency of qi and yin fire is the core pathophysiology of DKD,and the benefiting qi,clearing heat and eliminating mass therapy is the key therapeutic approach for DKD.The dysregulation of complement function is the potential material basis for the formation of"renal collateral mass"in DKD,and the benefiting qi,clearing heat and eliminating mass therapy may delay the progression of DKD by regulating complement function.
