摘　　要：介绍卢传坚教授从脾肾论治慢性荨麻疹的临床经验。认为慢性荨麻疹风团之标象,从病理角度看实际属于“水湿”范畴,其发生和反复发作与“水湿运化不利”密不可分,其根本责之于“脾肾阳虚”,慢性荨麻疹的核心病机为“脾肾阳虚为其本,风湿相搏为其标”;强调以“温肾健脾治其本、祛风化湿治其标”为治疗法则,并创制“固本抗敏方”为核心方进行辨证论治,疗效显著。并附验案1则。This paper introduces Professor Lu Chuanjian's clinical experience in treating chronic urticaria through the spleen and kidney.Chronic urticaria,characterized by its symptom clusters(a group of pruritic wheals),is pathologically categorized under"water dampness".The onset and recurrence of urticaria are closely linked to the"inefficient transformation of water dampness",fundamentally attributed to"spleen and kidney yang deficiency".The core pathogenesis is identified as"spleen and kidney yang deficiency at its root,with dampness and wind intermingling as its manifestation".The treatment emphasizes"warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen to treat the root,and expelling wind and transforming dampness to target the symptoms".Professor Lu formulates the core formula"Guben Kangmin Fang"(Root-Solidifying and Anti-Allergy Formula)for syndrome differentiation-based treatment.The therapeutic efficacy has proven to be significant.One proven case is provided for illustration.
