摘　　要：介绍全国名中医白长川教授基于“下病上取”理论辨治过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床经验。认为过敏性紫癜性肾炎的病机为邪伏咽喉、内陷于肾,治疗上主张透邪利咽、调达三焦、外用含漱及中药打靶四法并用。并附验案1则。This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor Bai Changchuan,a nationally recognized traditional Chinese medicine physician,in treating hypersensitive purpura nephritis(HSPN)based on the theory of"treating lower diseases from above".Professor Bai believes that the pathogenesis of HSPN involves pathogenic factors lurking in the throat and sinking into the kidneys.His treatment strategy emphasizes four key methods:expelling pathogens and relieving the throat,regulating the triple burners,applying external mouth rinses,and targeting treatment with Chinese herbal medicine.A case report is included for illustration.
