摘　　要：介绍姜泉教授运用中医药治疗风湿免疫病合并妊娠的临床经验。其以稳定维持、助孕护产为抓手,以辨清缓急、分期论治,谨守病机、病证结合,个体方案、整体调治,依症选方、灵活加减为思路。治疗上,以祛邪培本为纲,既要祛邪阻病、防止病情深入发展,又要培本安胎、审慎选药,避免药性峻猛伤及胎元,帮助患者顺利度过妊娠期。并附验案1则。This paper introduces Professor Jiang Quan's clinical experience in treating rheumatic and immune diseases complicated by pregnancy using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The treatment approach focuses on maintaining stability and supporting pregnancy and childbirth.Key strategies include distinguishing between urgent and chronic conditions,treating based on disease stages,adhering to disease pathogenesis,combining disease identification with syndrome differentiation,combining individualized and holistic treatment,and flexible prescripting based on the symptoms.The main principle of treatment is to both eliminate pathogenic factors and strengthen the body's constitution.The goal is to expel pathogenic factors,prevent disease progression,nourish the body,and secure the pregnancy.Therefore,medications are selected with care to avoid harming the fetus by using medications with strong or potent properties,helping patients safely go through the pregnancy period.A proven case is provided for reference.
