摘　　要：随着医改的逐步深入和建立现代医院管理体系的要求,地市级公立医院面临着越来越多的竞争压力。为提升医院核心竞争力和影响力,南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院大力开展名医工作室和专科联盟工作。名医工作室方面,医院从建立管理办法、邀请外聘专家全面助力学科提升、加强目标考核等方面做了许多探索,在外聘专家的指导下,医院在技术开展、科研工作、人才培养、重点专科建设等方面获得全面提升。同时,医院积极开展专科联盟工作,从制订专科联盟管理制度、协助联盟成员单位技术提升、开展学术交流等方面保障专科联盟建设成效,促使优质资源逐渐下沉,助推双向转诊和分级诊疗。As the healthcare reform gradually deepens and the requirement for establishing a modern hospital management system,municipal-level public hospitals are facing increasing competitive pressure.To enhance the core competitiveness and influence of the hospital,the Affiliated Huai'an No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University has vigorously implemented the establishment of renowned physician studios and specialty alliance initiatives.In the realm of renowned physician studios,the hospital has undertaken numerous explorations,encompassing the formulation of management methods,comprehensive collaboration with externally hired experts to facilitate discipline enhancement,and reinforcement of target assessments.Under the guidance of externally hired experts,the hospital has achieved comprehensive improvement in areas such as technological development,research activities,talent cultivation,and the construction of key specialties.Simultaneously,the hospital actively engages in specialty alliance initiatives.This involves the formulation of management systems for specialty alliances,assisting member units in enhancing their technical capabilities and conducting academic exchanges.These efforts ensure the effectiveness of specialty alliance construction,facilitate the gradual descent of high-quality resources,and promote bidirectional referrals and tiered medical treatment.
