摘 要:目的观察不同配比玉竹水煎液口腔喷雾剂对健康志愿者唾液分泌的影响,并与基础唾液流率对比其作用效果,以确认玉竹水煎液的最佳配比。方法选取2022年4—9月厦门大学附属中山医院80名医护人员作为健康志愿者。采用简单随机化分组法分为高浓度组(12∶200)、中浓度组(9∶200)、低浓度组(6∶200)与灭菌水组,各20名,进行相对应浓度的喷雾干预。比较80名受试者干预前后5 min静态唾液流率平均值、不同浓度组及灭菌水组唾液流率差值。结果高浓度组、中浓度组、低浓度组与灭菌水组干预后唾液流率分别为(0.29±0.08)mL/min、(0.25±0.10)mL/min、(0.23±0.10)mL/min、(0.22±0.13)mL/min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高浓度组、中浓度组、低浓度组与灭菌水组唾液流率差值分别为(-0.12±0.06)mL/min、(-0.08±0.03)mL/min、(-0.06±0.03)mL/min、(-0.05±0.02)mL/min,4组唾液流率差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中高浓度组唾液流率差值与中浓度组、低浓度组、灭菌水组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高浓度玉竹水煎液喷雾剂能提高唾液流率,减轻口渴感,为缓解口渴症状提供新的理论依据。Objective To observe the effect of different proportions of Yuzhu water decoction oral spray on the saliva secretion of healthy volunteers,and compare its effect with the basic saliva flow rate,so as to confirm the best proportion of Yuzhu water decoction oral spray.Methods A total of 80 medical staff from Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University were selected as health volunteers from April to September 2022.The patients were divided into high concentration group(12∶200),medium concentration group(9∶200),low concentration group(6∶200)and sterilized water group with 20 participants each by simple randomization method.The corresponding concentration of spray intervention was carried out,and the average value of static saliva flow rate of 5 min before and after the intervention of 80 subjects,and the difference of saliva flow rate between different concentration groups and sterilized water group were compared.Results The salivary flow rates after intervention for the high concentration group,medium concentration group,low concentration group,and sterile water group were(0.29±0.08)mL/min,(0.25±0.10)mL/min,(0.23±0.10)mL/min,and(0.22±0.13)mL/min,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The difference of saliva flow rates for the high concentration group,medium concentration group,low concentration group,and sterile water group were(-0.12±0.06)mL/min,(-0.08±0.03)mL/min,(-0.06±0.03)mL/min,and(-0.05±0.02)mL/min,the difference of saliva flow rates of the 4 groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),among which the difference of saliva flow rate of the high concentration group was compared with that of the medium concentration group,the low concentration group and the sterilized water group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high concentration of Yuzhu water decoction spray can improve the salivary flow rate,relieve thirst,and provide a new theoretical basis for relieving thirst symptoms.
