摘　　要：目的探讨在医院医疗废物管理中医院感染管理科与后勤科联合督导所发挥的作用、实施措施及效果。方法选取天门市第一人民医院2021年9月—2022年9月加强医院感染管理开展前的200件医疗废物为对照组;选取2022年10月—2023年10月加强医院感染管理开展后的200件医疗废物为观察组。比较2组医疗废物处理后的合格率。结果观察组医疗废物分离、医疗废物与生活垃圾分类、存放用具及垃圾袋存放的合格率分别为96.00%、97.50%、96.50%,高于对照组的89.00%、90.50%、88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院医疗废物管理中医院感染管理科与后勤科发挥重要职能,加强医疗废物管理有利于更好地控制医院感染发生,提高医疗废物处理的合格率。Objective To explore the role,implementation measures and effects of joint supervision between the infection management department and the logistics department in hospital medical waste management.Methods A total of 200 pieces of medical waste before strengthening hospital infection management in the First People's Hospital of Tianmen from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the control group,and a total of 200 pieces of medical waste after strengthening hospital infection management from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group.The qualified rate of two groups of medical waste after treatment was compared.Results The qualified rates of medical waste separation,medical waste and household waste classification,storage tools,and garbage bag storage in the observation group were 96.00%,97.50%and 96.50%,respectively,which were higher than the 89.00%,90.50%and 88.00%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of hospital medical waste,the hospital infection management department and the logistics department play an important role.Strengthening the management of medical waste is conducive to better control the occurrence of hospital infection and improve the qualified rate of medical waste treatment.
