摘　　要：目的:分析COOK宫颈双球囊引产失败的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年2月该院收治的140例足月单胎妊娠产妇的临床资料。统计COOK宫颈双球囊引产效果,依据是否发生引产失败将其分为发生组和未发生组,采用Logistic回归分析COOK宫颈双球囊引产失败的影响因素。结果:140例产妇COOK宫颈双球囊引产失败30例,设为发生组,其余未发生引产失败,设为未发生组。发生组年龄≥35岁、初产妇、体质量指数>25 kg/m^(2)、一次性球囊放置时间>12 h、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压等占比均高于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥35岁、初产妇、体质量指数>25 kg/m^(2)、一次性球囊放置时间>12 h、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压等均为影响COOK宫颈双球囊引产失败的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:年龄≥35岁、初产妇、体质量指数>25 kg/m^(2)、一次性球囊放置时间>12 h、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压等均为影响COOK宫颈双球囊引产失败的危险因素。Objective:To analyze influencing factors of failure of COOK cervical double balloon induced labor.Methods:The clinical data of 140 full-term singleton pregnant women admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.The effects of COOK cervical double balloon induced labor was statistically analyzed.They were divided into the occurrence group and the nonoccurrence group according to whether the induction failure occurred.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of failure of COOK cervical double balloon induced labor.Results:Among the 140 parturients,COOK cervical double balloon induced abortion failed in 30 cases(occurrence group),while the rest did not encounter this event(non-occurrence group).The proportions of the pregnant women with age≥35 years old,primipara,body mass index>25 kg/m^(2),one-time balloon placement time>12 h,gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥35 years old,primipara,body mass index>25 kg/m^(2),one-time balloon placement time>12 h,gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension were all risk factors affecting the failure of COOK cervical double balloon induced labor(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Age≥35 years old,primipara,body mass index>25 kg/m^(2),one-time balloon placement time>12 h,gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension are the risk factors affecting the failure of COOK cervical double balloon induced labor.
