摘 要:目的:观察强脉冲磁刺激联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁患者的效果。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年11月该院收治的100例产后压力性尿失禁患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各50例。对照组采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合强脉冲磁刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后盆底肌纤维肌电压、盆底功能改善情况[盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI-20)评分、阴道持续收缩时间]、尿失禁改善情况[漏尿量、国际尿失禁咨询调查委员会尿失禁问卷表简表(ICIQ-SF)评分、最大尿流率]。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类盆底肌纤维肌电压高于对照组,PFDI-20评分低于对照组,阴道持续收缩时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组ICIQ-SF评分低于对照组,漏尿量少于对照组,最大尿流率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强脉冲磁刺激联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁患者可提高治疗总有效率、盆底肌纤维肌电压和最大尿流率,减少漏尿量,延长阴道持续收缩时间,降低PFDI-20和ICIQ-SF评分,效果优于单纯生物反馈电刺激治疗。Objective:To observe effects of intense pulsed magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to the hospital from September 2021 to November 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation,while the study group was treated with intense pulsed magnetic stimulation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the pelvic floor muscle fiber voltage,the improvement of pelvic floor function[pelvic floor dysfunction inventory(PFDI-20)score,vaginal continuous contraction time],and the improvement of urinary incontinence[urine leakage,international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form(ICIQ-SF)score,maximum urinary flow rate]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the voltage of type I and II pelvic floor muscle fibers in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the PFDI-20 score was lower than that in the control group,the vaginal continuous contraction time was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ICIQ-SF score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the urine leakage was less than that of the control group,the maximum urinary flow rate was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Intense pulsed magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence can imp
