复方黄柏液湿敷联合高锰酸钾坐浴治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察复方黄柏液湿敷联合高锰酸钾坐浴治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者的效果。方法:选取2022年6月至2024年5月该院收治的90例混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组术后予以高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗,两组均连续治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效,临床指标(疼痛消失时间、创面愈合时间、水肿消退时间)水平,治疗前后疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、肛缘水肿、分泌物评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、水肿消退时间、疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、7 d后,两组VAS、肛缘水肿、分泌物评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:复方黄柏液湿敷联合高锰酸钾坐浴治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善临床指标水平,降低疼痛、肛缘水肿、分泌物评分,效果优于单纯高锰酸钾坐浴治疗。Objective:To observe effects of compound Huangbai liquid wet compress combined with Potassium permanganate sitz bath in treatment of patients with anal margin edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgeries.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 patients with anal margin edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgeries in this hospital from June 2022 to May 2024.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Potassium permanganate sitz bath after the surgery,while the observation group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid wet compress on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,the clinical indicators(pain disappearance time,wound healing time,edema regression time)levels,the scores of pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],the anal margin edema and the secretion before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time,the edema regression time and the pain disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the scores of VAS,the anal margin edema and the secretion in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Compound Huangbai liquid wet compress combined with Potassium permanganate sitz bath in the treatment of the patients with anal margin edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgeries can improve the total effective rate of treatment
