两部三级质量控制管理在消毒供应中心器械管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察两部三级质量控制管理在消毒供应中心器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3—8月该院实施常规管理的457件器械为对照组,选取2022年9月至2023年1月该院实施两部三级质量控制管理的457件器械为观察组。比较两组器械管理质量评分、器械管理不良事件发生率和器械管理满意度。结果:观察组清洗质量、消毒质量、包装质量、环境管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械管理不良事件发生率为3.28%(15/457),低于对照组的10.72%(49/457),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械管理满意度为86.00%(43/50),高于对照组的64.00%(32/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两部三级质量控制管理应用于消毒供应中心器械管理可提高器械管理质量评分和器械管理满意度,降低器械管理不良事件发生率,效果优于常规管理。Objective:To observe application effects of two-part three-level quality control management in instrument management of central sterile supply department.Methods:A total of 457 instruments with conventional management in the hospital from March to August 2022 were selected as the control group,and 457 instruments with two-part three-level quality control management in the hospital from September 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group.The instrument management quality score,the incidence of adverse events of instrument management,and the satisfaction of instrument management were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of cleaning quality,disinfection quality,packaging quality and environmental management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of instrument management in the observation group was 3.28%(15/457),which was lower than 10.72%(49/457)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the satisfaction rate of instrument management in the observation group was 86.00%(43/50),which was higher than 64.00%(32/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The two-part three-level quality control management in the instrument management of central sterile supply department can improve the equipment management quality scores and the satisfaction of instrument management,and reduce the incidence of adverse events of instrument management.Moreover,it is superior to conventional management.
