摘　　要：目的:分析血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)水平与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2020—2022年该院收治的80例PCOS患者的临床资料,设为观察组,另选取同期80名健康体检者,设为对照组。比较两组FSH、LH、PRL水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),采用Pearson相关性分析血清FSH、LH、PRL水平与HOMA-IR的相关性。结果:两组FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组LH水平高于对照组,PRL水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HOMA-IR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,LH水平与HOMA-IR呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),PRL水平与HOMA-IR呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论:血清LH水平与PCOS患者HOMA-IR呈正相关,PRL水平与PCOS患者HOMA-IR呈负相关。Objective:To analyze correlations between serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL)levels and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:The clinical data of 80 PCOS patients admitted to this hospital from 2020 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the observation group;another 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of FSH,LH,PRL and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations between the serum FSH,LH,PRL levels and HOMA-IR.Results:There was no significant difference in the FSH level between the two groups(P>0.05).The LH level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the PRL level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of HOMA-IR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the LH level was positively correlated with HOMA-IR(r>0,P<0.05),and the PRL level was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum LH level is positively correlated with HOMA-IR in POCS patients,while the PRL level is negatively correlated with HOMA-IR in POCS patients.
