思维导图护理在白血病化疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察思维导图护理在白血病化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年11月至2023年5月该院收治的82例接受化疗的白血病患者的临床资料,根据入院时间先后将其分为对照组与观察组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施思维导图护理,比较两组护理前后负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分、不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为2.44%(1/41),低于对照组的19.51%(8/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的78.05%(32/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施思维导图护理可提高白血病化疗患者的护理满意度,降低负性情绪评分和不良事件发生率,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of mind mapping nursing in patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:The clinical data of 82 patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy in the hospital from November 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the time of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the mind mapping nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]before and after the nursing,the incidence of adverse events during the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than 19.51%(8/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 78.05%(32/41)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The mind mapping nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy,and reduce the negative emotions scores and the incidence of adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
