可逆因素溯因护理在腹腔镜妇科手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察可逆因素溯因护理在腹腔镜妇科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年4月该院收治的82例腹腔镜妇科手术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各41例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用可逆因素溯因护理,比较两组术后肛门首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次下床活动时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后肛门首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组VAS、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用可逆因素溯因护理可缩短腹腔镜妇科手术患者术后肛门首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和术后首次下床活动时间,以及降低VAS、HAMD和HAMA评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of reversible factor abduction nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery in this hospital from April 2022 to April 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received the reversible factor abduction nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The first postoperative anal exhaust time,the bowel sound recovery time,the first postoperative ambulation time,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The first anal exhaust time,the bowel sound recovery time and the first postoperative ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of VAS,HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than the those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the reversible factor abduction nursing can shorten the first anal exhaust time,the bowel sound recovery time and the postoperative ambulation time after laparoscopic gynecological surgeries,and reduce the VAS,HAMD and HAMA scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
