围术期综合保温措施联合人文关怀在骨科手术输血患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在围术期进行综合保温措施联合人文关怀在骨科手术输血患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年2月上饶市人民医院行骨折手术治疗、符合输血指征、符合异体输血的60例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用围术期常规保温措施,观察组采用围术期综合保温措施联合人文关怀,分别监测两组患者输血后的鼻温变化,观察并记录患者的术后苏醒时间,记录术后两组患者的低体温、寒战、心率增快及苏醒延迟的发生率,调查并统计患者及其家属对护理的满意度。结果:观察组术后30、60、120min鼻温较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.575、10.234、7.562,P<0.05);观察组术后苏醒时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=8.966,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.320,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.954,P<0.05)。结论:在围术期采取综合的保温措施联合人文关怀,能有效维持骨科输血患者围术期体温,缩短术中患者低体温持续时间,有效防止低体温的发生。Objective:To analyze the application value of perioperative comprehensive thermal insulation measure combined with humanistic care on patients with blood transfusion during orthopedic surgery.Methods:60 patients with blood transfusion during orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with perioperative routine thermal insulation measure,and observation group was given perioperative comprehensive thermal insulation measure combined with humanistic care.The nasal temperature changes of patients in the two groups were monitored,and the postoperative recovery time of patients was observed and recorded.The incidence rates of hypothermia,chills,increased heart rate and delayed recovery were recorded in the two groups after surgery.And the satisfaction of patients and theirfamily members with nursing was investigated and counted.Results:Nasal temperature at 30 min,60 min and 120 min after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.575,10.234,7.562;P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.966,P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.320,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.954,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive thermal insulation measure combined with humanistic care during perioperative period can effectively maintain the perioperative temperature,shorten the duration of intraoperative hypothermia,and effectively prevent the occurrence of hypothermia in patients with blood transfusion during orthopedic surgery.
