摘  要:电液伺服疲劳试验机用于测试各种材料及零部件的力学性能,其横梁立柱为试验机主机框架的支撑单元。本文针对试验机的承载横梁及立柱进行结构设计,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对设计的三维模型进行静力学分析,发现承载横梁变形最大的区域主要集中在横梁的开口末端,且随着承载横梁厚度的增加,该区域的面积逐渐减小。对承载横梁厚度为120mm的主机框架模型进行模态分析,结果表明,该模型整体结构刚度满足要求。基于ANSYS的试验机横梁立柱结构仿真分析结果为电液伺服疲劳试验机主机框架的结构设计提供了一定的理论支持和实践指导。The electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine is widely used to test the mechanical properties of various materials and components,and the structure of crossbeam and column is the support unit of the main frame of the testing machine.In this paper,the structural design of the bearing crossbeam and column of the testing machine is carried out,and the ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to carry out static analysis of the designed three-dimensional model.It is found that the area with the largest deformation of the bearing crossbeam is mainly concentrated at the end of the crossbeam opening,and with the increase of the thickness of the bearing crossbeam,the area of the area gradually decreases.Modal analysis of the main frame model with a bearing crossbeam thickness of 120mm is carried out,and the results show that the overall structural stiffness of the model meets the requirements.The simulation analysis of the structure of crossbeam and column of the testing machine based on ANSYS provides some theoretical support and practical guidance for the structural design of the main frame of the electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine.
