摘　　要：目的研究股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定(Proximal femoral nail antirotation,PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折(Intertrochanteric femoral fracture,IFF)后,予以桃红四物汤防治术后隐性失血的作用。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在我院行PFNA手术治疗的80例IFF患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组于手术前2天至术后第3天内(手术当天除外)给予桃红四物汤治疗,比较两组手术指标、术后隐性失血量、引流量及血常规指标。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后隐性失血量、引流量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第3天,观察组血小板值、血红蛋白值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤内服能有效减少IFF患者PFNA术后的隐性失血,对患者康复有促进作用。Objectives Tostudy the effect of TaohongSiwuDecoction on the prevention and treatment of postoperativehidden blood loss after Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation(PFNA)for Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures(IFF).Methods A total of 80 IFF patients who underwent PFNA surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Taohong SiwuDecoction from 2 days before surgery to 3 days after surgery(except the day of surgery).The surgical indicators,postoperative hidden blood loss,drainage volume,and blood routine indicators were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative hidden blood loss and drainage volume in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the third day after surgery,the platelet and hemoglobin values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions TaohongSiwu Decoction can effectively reduce the hidden blood loss of IFF patients after PFNA,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
