摘 要:目的分析新生儿胆汁淤积症选择苯巴比妥钠联合熊去氧胆酸治疗方案对患儿谷草转氨酶(glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,AST),总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-glutamyl transpeptidase,γ-GGT)水平的影响。方法非随机选取2023年10月—2024年2月威宁诚爱医院收治的80例胆汁淤积症患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分成对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组采用苯巴比妥钠治疗,观察组则实施苯巴比妥钠联合熊去氧胆酸治疗,对比两组治疗效率与治疗前后AST、TBIL、γ-GGT水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前TBIL、AST、γ-GGT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),治疗后两组TBIL、AST、γ-GGT水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论苯巴比妥钠联合熊去氧胆酸用于新生儿胆汁淤积症治疗,可改善患儿AST,TBIL及γ-GGT水平,加速患儿疾病转归。Objective To analyze the effect of phenobarbital sodium combined with ursodeoxycholic acid on the levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)andγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GGT)in neonates with cholestasis.Methods A total of eighty children with cholestasis admitted to Weining Cheng'ai Hospital from October 2023 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with phenobarbital sodium,and the observation group was treated with phenobarbital sodium combined with ursodeoxycholic acid.The treatment efficiency and the levels of AST,TBIL andγ-GGT before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the levels of TBIL,AST andγ-GGT between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBIL,AST andγ-GGT in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Phenobarbital sodium combined with ursodeoxycholic acid can improve AST,TBIL andγ-GGT levels in the treatment of neonatal cholestasis,and accelerate the outcome of the disease.
