利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸胶囊对肺结核患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸胶囊治疗肺结核的效果。方法非随机选取2023年1—12月长春市传染病医院收治的60例肺结核患者为研究对象,按治疗药物的不同分成两组,每组30例。对照组给予利奈唑胺治疗,观察组给予利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸胶囊治疗。比较两组肺功能、免疫功能指标水平、症状改善时间。结果治疗后,观察组肺功能优于对照组,观察组免疫功能指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组病灶吸收缩小时间为(38.21±3.12)d、空洞闭合时间为(96.31±8.41)d、痰培养转阴时间为(43.21±5.12)d,均短于对照组的(46.71±3.11)d、(155.24±7.14)d、(62.31±5.11)d,差异有统计学意义(t=10.568、29.258、14.429,P均<0.05)。结论利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸胶囊治疗肺结核,能改善患者免疫功能、肺功能,加快症状消退。Objective To analyze the effect of linezolid in combination with cycloserine capsules in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Sixty cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to Changchun Infectious Diseases Hospital from January to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the difference of therapeutic drugs,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with linezolid,and the observation group was treated with linezolid combined with cycloserine capsule.Compared the levels of lung function,immune function indexes and symptom improvement time of the two groups.Results After treatment,the lung function of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the levels of immune function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time of lesion absorption and shrinkage in the observation group was(38.21±3.12)d,the time of cavity closure was(96.31±8.41)d,and the time of sputum culture turning negative was(43.21±5.12)d,which were shorter than(46.71±3.11)d,(155.24±7.14)d,and(62.31±5.11)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.568,29.258,14.429,all P<0.05).Conclusion Linezolid combined with cycloserine capsules in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the patient's immune function,lung function,and accelerate symptom subsidence.
