摘  要:HIsmelt铁浴熔融还原工艺的技术关键在于实现了“铁矿深喷”,但是铁矿在熔池内还原的动力学研究尚不明晰。利用在线气体检测分析仪实时分析了还原反应的尾气,计算了还原转化率和转化速率,进而探究了不同因素对还原反应动力学的影响规律及反应活化能。结果表明,铁矿粉粒度从3~5 mm粒级降低至1~2 mm粒级后,熔融还原时间缩短17.8%,更大的表面积和更快的传热速率促使了其还原速率加快。温度提升后,最大熔融还原转化速率提高,达到峰值的时间逐渐前移。熔体中[C]质量分数从1%提高至4%时,矿粉熔融还原R_(0.5)值从1.388 9×10^(-2) s^(-1)增加至2.083 3×10^(-2) s^(-1),熔体[C]含量增加显著提高铁矿粉熔融还原速度。基于等转化率方法拟合求解得出所用富铁矿粉在Fe-C熔体内熔融还原表观活化能为55.52 kJ/mol。The key technology of HIsmelt process is"deep injection of iron ore",but the kinetics of iron ore reduction in molten pool is unclear.In order to calculate the reduction conversion and conversion rate,the exhaust gas of reduction reaction was analyzed in real time by on-line gas detection analyzer.Furthermore,the influence of different factors on reduction reaction kinetics and activation energy was investigated.The results show that the smelting reduction time was shortened by 17.8%when the particle size of iron ore was decreased from 3-5 mm to 1-2 mm.And the larger surface area and faster heat transfer rate have accelerated its reduction rate.After the temperature increases,the maximum melting reduction conversion rate increases,and the time to reach the peak gradually shifts forward.The smelting reduction R_(0.5) value of iron ore increased from 1.3889×10^(-2) s^(-1) to 2.0833×10^(-2) s^(-1) when w([C])content in melt increased from 1 wt.%to 4 wt.%,which significantly improves the smelting reduction rate of iron ore.The apparent activation energy of smelting reduction of this high-grade iron ore fines in Fe-C melt is 55.52 kJ/mol based on the fitting solution of iso-conversional method.
