摘  要:16MnCr5钢板表面发黄缺陷影响产品表面质量,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、辉光放电光谱仪(GDS)等手段分析了16MnCr5钢表面发黄缺陷的形成原因。结果表明,发黄缺陷与热轧钢板表面氧化铁皮状态及酸洗工艺控制密切相关。由于钢中Mn和Cr质量分数高达2%,热轧钢板高温卷取过程中Mn和Cr元素沿着晶界扩散形成晶界氧化产物,导致后续酸洗过程中晶界优先被腐蚀形成孔洞,使得酸液容易滞留在孔洞中造成表面氧化发黄,当酸洗段漂洗工艺不合理时发黄缺陷进一步加剧。对应提出了降低热轧卷取温度、提高卷取后冷却速度及改善漂洗工艺等控制策略,工艺调整后发黄缺陷基本消失,实现了典型热轧遗传性缺陷的源头控制。The yellowing defects on the surface of 16MnCr5 steel plates negatively impact surface quality.The causes of these yellowing defects was using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),and glow discharge spectroscopy(GDS).The findings reveal that the defects are closely linked to the oxidized iron scale on the surface of hot-rolled steel plates and the control of acid washing process.With Mn and Cr mass fraction reaching up to 2%,these elements diffuse along the grain boundaries during high-temperature coiling,forming intergranular oxidation products.This leads to preferential corrosion of the grain boundaries and pore formation during acid washing,which traps the acid solution and results in surface oxidation and yellowing.Inadequate rinsing exacerbates the severity of the yellowing.To address these issues,strategies such as reducing the hot rolling coil temperature,increasing the cooling rate after coiling,and improving the rinsing process were proposed.Following these adjustments,the yellowing defect is significantly reduced,effectively controlling a typical genetic defect in hot rolling.
