摘 要:随着新能源汽车对传统燃油汽车进行逐步取代,磷酸铁锂电池凭借着低成本,高稳定性的优势占据市场大半份额,但双刃剑的另一面也在同时困扰着市场,其在低温工作环境下的“休眠”与较低的能量密度让锂离子不得已寻找更好的宿主。在碰壁了镍酸锂(LiNO_(2)),锰酸锂(LiMnO_(2))与钴酸锂(LiCoO_(2))三个体系后。惊讶发现,镍钴锰三个同周期相邻的元素可以弥补彼此的缺点,混合制备出具备低成本,高放电比容量,结构与电化学性能稳定等优点的LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)三元正极材料成为高端车型的首选。如今为进一步提高能量,Ni占比提升(Ni≥90)导致锂镍混排严重,结构稳定性下降。本文将通过功能型添加剂的多重作用修饰正负极界面膜,维持材料的结构稳定性,使得NCM正极材料在高能量密度体系中维持优异的电化学性能。With the gradual replacement of traditional fuel vehicles with new energy vehicles,lithium iron phosphate battery with low cost,high stability advantages to occupy the majority of the market,but the other side of the double-edged sword is also plagued by the market at the same time,its low-temperature working environment “dormant” and lower energy density so that lithium ions have to look for a better host.After bumping into the wall of lithium nickel(LiNO_(2)),lithium manganate(LiMnO_(2)) and lithium cobalt(LiCoO_(2)) three systems.Surprised to find that nickel and cobalt and manganese three neighboring elements in the same cycle can make up for each other shortcomings,mixed preparation of LiNi_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)O_(2) ternary cathode materials with low cost,high discharge capacity,structure and electrochemical stability and other advantages of the first choice for high-end models.Nowadays,in order to further improve the energy,the Ni ratio is increased(Ni≥90),which leads to serious lithium-nickel mixing and discharging and a decrease in structural stability.In this paper,we will modify the anode and cathode surface through the multiple effects of functional additives to maintain the structural stability of the material,so that the NCM cathode material can maintain excellent electrochemical performance in the high energy density system.
