摘 要:混合型超级电容器(Hybrid supercapacitor,HSCs)因兼具锂离子电池高能量密度和双电层电容器高功率特性的优点而备受关注。本工作以钴酸锂(LiCoO_(2),LCO)和不同比例的活性炭(AC)作为复合正极,以AC为负极,制备了LCO+AC//AC HSCs。研究了正极不同AC添加量(3%、5%、8%)对LCO+AC//AC HSCs不同AC添加量复合正极片的导电性、压实密度和电容器电化学性能的影响。结果表明,随着正极AC添加量的增加,极片厚度增加,压实密度减小,极片面电阻和电阻率增加,导电性减弱;随着正极AC添加量的增加,库伦效率(ICE)减小,比容量和能量密度减小,交流内阻(Ac internal resistance,Rac)增加;在三个复合正极配方中,当AC添加量增加到5%时,实测最大比功率最高,当AC添加量增加到8%时,对循环性能有利,AC的增加会降低电池容量,但会提高循环性能。Hybrid supercapacitors(HSCs) have attracted much attention because they combine the high energy density of lithium-ion batteries with the high-power characteristics of double-layer capacitors.In this work,LCO+AC//AC HSCs were prepared with lithium cobaltate(LiCoO_(2),LCO) and activated carbon(AC) of different proportions as composite positive electrode,and AC as negative electrode.The effects of different amounts of positive AC(3 %,5 %,8 %) on the conductivity,compaction density and electrochemical performance of LCO+AC//AC hybrid superdifferent amounts of positive electrode were studied.The results show that with the increase of positive electrode AC,the thickness of the electrode plate increases,the compaction density decreases,the electrode resistance and resistivity increase,and the conductivity decreases.The Coulomb efficiency(ICE) decreased,the specific capacity and energy density decreased,and Ac internal resistance(Rac) increased with the increase of positive Ac.In the three compound positive electrode formulations,when the AC addition is increased to 5%,the measured maximum specific power is the highest,when the AC addition is increased to 8 %,the cycle performance is favorable,the increase of AC will reduce the battery capacity,but will improve the cycle performance.
