银电解过程中钯浓度对银粉纯度影响的实验研究

摘  要:本文研究从含钯粗银中电解精炼制备99.99%银粉,考察了粗银中杂质含量、电解液中杂质浓度、母液净化钯试剂的用量等因素对产品银粉纯度的影响。结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,阳极及母液中的钯不会影响电解出来银粉的质量。The preparation of 99.99%silver powder was studied by electrolytic refining from crude silver containing palladium.The factors such as impurities content in crude silver,impurity concentration in electrolyte,and amount of palladium purification reagent in mother liquor on the purity of silver powder product were investigated.The results indicate that under the optimal experimental conditions,the palladium in the anode and mother liquor has no effect on the silver powder quality produced by electrolysis.
