摘  要:本文以己二胺、间苯二甲酰氯和对苯二甲酰氯为原料,通过界面聚合预聚+固相缩聚法制备得到了聚间苯二甲酰/对苯二甲酰戊二胺的共聚物(PA6I/6T)。采用傅里叶红外光谱和氢核磁共振波谱对其结构进行了确认,通过乌氏粘度计对其相对粘度进行了测试,在此基础上,利用热重分析仪对共聚物的热分解温度及降解动力学进行了分析。结果显示,共聚物相对粘度为1.429;热分解5%温度,最大热降解速率温度均随着升温速率增加而逐渐升高;其热降解机理函数类型为二维扩散(D2)。This article uses hexamethylene diamine,meta phthaloyl chloride,and para phthaloyl chloride as raw materials to prepare poly(meta phthaloyl/para phthaloyl) pentane diamine copolymers(PA6I/6T) through interface polymerization pre polymerization+solid-phase condensation method.The structure of the copolymer was confirmed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and its viscosity was tested using a Ubbelohde viscometer.Based on this,the thermal decomposition temperature and degradation kinetics of the copolymer were analyzed using a thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that the relative viscosity of the copolymer was 1.429;The temperature of thermal decomposition is 5 %,and the maximum temperature of thermal degradation rate gradually increases with the increase of heating rate;Its thermal degradation mechanism function type is D2(Two-dimensional diffusion,valensi equation).
