摘 要:无机纳米材料改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)在近年来因其优异的性能和环保特性而受到广泛关注。本文综述了用于改性的无机纳米材料的类型以及无机纳米材料改性水性聚氨酯的应用。首先,介绍了几种常见的用于改性的无机纳米材料,包括纳米金属氧化物、纳米粘土、碳纳米材料、二硫化钼等,并探讨了它们对水性聚氨酯性能的影响。其次,总结了近年来无机纳米材料改性水性聚氨酯的应用领域,如电磁屏蔽、防腐保护、阻燃等。最后,本文探讨了无机纳米材料在改性水性聚氨酯方面的应用前景指出了现有研究中的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。无机纳米材料的引入为水性聚氨酯的性能提升提供了新的途径,扩展了其应用领域。In recent years,inorganic nanomaterials have garnered widespread attention for modifying waterborne polyurethanes(WPU) due to their excellent performance and environmental benefits.This review outlines the types of inorganic nanomaterials used for modification and the applications of inorganic nanomaterial-modified WPU.Firstly,several common inorganic nanomaterials employed for modification,including nano metal oxides,nanoclays,carbon nanomaterials,and molybdenum disulfide,are introduced,and their impacts on the properties of WPU are discussed.Secondly,the applications of inorganic nanomaterial-modified WPU in recent years,such as electromagnetic shielding,corrosion protection,and flame retardancy,are summarized.Finally,this paper explores the application prospects of inorganic nanomaterials in modifying waterborne polyurethane,highlights the existing research issues,and provides an outlook on future research directions.The introduction of inorganic nanomaterials provides new avenues for enhancing the performance of WPU and expanding its application fields.
