投料工艺对浇注型聚氨酯预聚体性能的影响

摘  要:在设计配方一致的情况下,研究了不同投料速度和投料方式对聚氨酯预聚体、聚氨酯弹性体的影响。结果表明一次快速投料与两次间歇投料,物料在釜内最高反应放热温度微有差异;所得预聚体NCO值基本无差异;两次间歇投料工艺所得预聚体游离TDI含量更低,黏度更均一;两次间歇投料工艺反应而成的预聚体,固化后制得的弹性体撕裂强度更高。Under the same design formula,the effects of different feeding speeds and feeding methods on polyurethane prepolymer and polyurethane elastomers were studied.The results showed that there was a little difference in the maximum exothermic temperature of the material in the kettle between one rapid feeding and two intermittent feeding;The NCO values of the obtained prepolymer showed no significant difference;The free TDI content of the prepolymer obtained by the two intermittent feeding processes is lower and the viscosity is more uniform;The prepolymer formed by the reaction of two intermittent feeding processes has higher tear strength in the cured elastomer.
