摘 要:量子点在分子检测、细胞标记和活体成像领域中的作用日益显著,特别是适用于生物活体成像的近红外量子点备受研究者关注。本文主要论述了可用于近红外发光的Ag_(2)E(S、Se、Te)量子点在有机相、水相中的合成方法及其医学诊疗中的前沿应用,包括近红外荧光成像,光声成像,X射线成像,以及光热疗法和光动力治疗。尽管Ag_(2)S量子点在生物医学应用中得到了广泛的探索,不过我们更专注于所有三种Ag_(2)E量子点的发展及其在医学诊疗领域的应用。最后,我们总结了Ag_(2)E量子点的基本性质,并探讨了量子点在生物医学领域的应用前景。Quantum dots are becoming increasingly significant in the realms of molecular detection,cellular labeling,and in vivo imaging,with near-infrared quantum dots specifically garnering research interest for bioimaging applications.This article primarily discusses the synthesis methods of Ag_(2)E(S,Se,Te) quantum dots suitable for near-infrared emission in both organic and aqueous phases,as well as their cutting-edge applications in medical diagnostics and therapy.These applications include near-infrared fluorescence imaging,photoacoustic imaging,X-ray imaging,as well as photothermal therapy and photodynamic therapy.While Ag_(2)S quantum dots have been extensively explored for biomedical applications,our focus is more on the development of all three types of Ag_(2)E quantum dots and their applications in the field of medical diagnostics and therapy.In conclusion,we summarize the fundamental properties of Ag_(2)E quantum dots and discuss the prospects of quantum dot applications in biomedicine.
