摘  要:偏光片的全称叫偏振光片,是液晶显示器的成像核心,生产偏光片的过程中会产生部分废水,包括含有聚乙烯醇及碘化钾的废水,聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcohol Vinylalcohol Polymer:PVA)是一种有机化合物,化学式为[C_(2)H_(4)O]_(n),含PVA废水所含有机物浓度较高,可生化性较差,含PVA废水处理采用常规处理工艺很难达到立竿见影的效果,本文通过有机化学共价键理论学说阐明了氧化反应的机制,同时通过Fenton试剂处理PVA废水的实验,为Fenton氧化法在实际工程设计中的反应参数取值提供理论数据。The full name of polarizing film is polarizing film,which is the imaging core of liquid crystal displays.During the production of polarizing film,some wastewater is generated,including wastewater containing polyvinyl alcohol and potassium iodide.Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) is an organic compound with a chemical formula of [C_(2)H_(4)O]_(n).Wastewater containing PVA has ahigh concentration of organic compounds and poor biodegradability,it is difficult to achieve immediate results in the treatment of PVA containing wastewater using conventional treatment processes.This article elucidates the mechanism of oxidation reaction through the theory of organic chemical covalent bonds.At the same time,through the experiment of Fenton reagent treatment of PVA wastewater,theoretical data is provided for the value of reaction parameters of Fenton oxidation method in practical engineering design.
