摘  要:针对某燃气电厂循环冷却排污水减量排放的环保要求,本文基于循环冷却水高效软化工艺,提出了“旁流高效软化”和“旁流高效软化+膜深度浓缩+蒸发结晶”2种循环排污水旁流减量排放方案。对2种技术方案进行经济性分析,结果表明,方案一具有流程简单、技术稳定可靠的特点,适用于允许循环冷却排污水直接排放的工况;而方案二则具有浓缩倍率高、可实现近零排放等优势,适用于减排要求较高、设备耐腐蚀性较差的情况。In response to the environmental requirements for reducing emissions of circulating cooling wastewater in a certain gas-fired power plant,this article proposed two schemes for bypass reducing emissions:“bypass efficient softening”and“bypass efficient softening-deep membrane concentration-evaporation crystallization”.Economic analysis was also conducted on these two schemes.The results showed that Scheme 1 owned the characteristics of succinct process,stable and reliable.It was suitable for the conditions allowing discharge.On the other hand,Scheme 2 had the advantages of high concentration ratio and achieving near-zero emissions,making it suitable for the situations with more stringent emissions standards and poor corrosion resistance of equipment.
