载金碳解吸后废液总氰化物测定方法研究

摘  要:研究建立了氰化浸出吸附金的载金碳在经过电解槽解吸后废液总氰化物的测定方法,在降低取样量并加大硝酸银溶液加入量消除大部分硫化物、硫氰酸盐干扰,选择EDTA二钠盐和磷酸作为预蒸馏试剂,蒸馏液用氢氧化钠溶液吸收;鉴于载金碳解吸后液总氰化物含量在10 mg/L~25 mg/L之间,采用硝酸银滴定法测定。该方法测定结果相对标准偏差在0.20%~0.67%之间,加入标准物资回收率为92.5%~100.8%,准确度和精密度较好。方法简便可以作为氰化浸出活性炭吸附工艺企业载金碳解吸后液总氰化物的测定方法。The determination method of total cyanide of the waste liquid after desorption was established.After reducing the sampling amount of silver nitrate solution was added to eliminate most sulfide and thiocyanogen interference,the EDTA disodium salt and phosphoric acid were selected as the pre-distillation reagent,and the distillation liquid was absorbed by the sodium hydroxide solution;since the total cyanide content was determined by silver nitrate titration between 10 and 25 mg/L.The relative standard deviation of the measurement method is between 0.20 % and 0.67 %,and the recovery rate of the added standard materials is 92.5 %~100.8 %,and the accuracy and precision is good.The method can be used as the determination method of total cyanide after gold carbon desorption of cyanide leaching activated carbon.
