摘  要:燃煤机组掺烧氨是一种有效减少碳排放的手段,但氨富含氮元素,掺氨燃烧后是否会导致NOx排放增加,一直是人们所关心的问题。介绍氨和煤在掺烧时NOx的生成特性研究,主要分为数值模拟和掺烧试验两个方面。氨和煤掺烧时,其NOx浓度受到氨掺烧比例、氨的掺混燃烧方式、煤种、温度、空气分级燃烧、过量空气系数等因素影响。数值模拟和小型试验炉存在局限性,大型燃煤机组掺氨燃烧仍需进一步探究。The co firing of ammonia in coal-fired power units is an effective means to reduce carbon emissions,but ammonia is rich in nitrogen,and whether ammonia combustion will lead to an increase in NOx emissions has always been a concern of people.This paper introduces the study on NOx formation characteristics of ammonia and coal mixed combustion,which is mainly divided into two aspects:simulation study and mixed combustion test.When ammonia and coal are co fired,the concentration of NOx formation is affected by the proportion of ammonia,ammonia blending combustion mode,coal type,temperature,air staged combustionand excess air ratioand other factors.There are limitations in numerical simulation and small-scale experimental furnaces,and further exploration is needed for ammonia blending combustion in large coal-fired units.
