摘 要:尾砂堆存会造成占用土地、污染土壤和水环境等问题,特别是部分尾砂中含有较高的硫化物,硫化物会在一定的环境下氧化产生硫酸,从而对环境造成更大的破坏。在矿山胶结充填生产过程中,硫酸盐还会导致含硫尾砂在胶结充填时产生缓凝、开裂等问题。为了研究高硫尾砂中硫元素的赋存形态和氧化规律,利用XRD分析和SEM分析确定高硫尾砂中硫元素主要的存在形式,同时设计了三种不同的放置环境,开展高硫尾砂氧化实验,实验结果表明:高硫尾砂中硫的质量分数为36.5%,硫元素主要以黄铁矿(FeS2)形式存在;高硫尾砂在三种放置环境中均发生了氧化反应,其中湿润环境下的氧化速率最快,硫酸根离子浓度增加38.5%,自然环境中氧化速率次之,在浸水环境下氧化速率最慢。通过高硫尾砂的氧化反应式推断,湿润环境中具有充足的水分和空气,有利于提高高硫尾砂的氧化速率。在实际生产过程中,可以根据高硫尾砂氧化特性,采取相应措施来减缓硫化物氧化速度。The storage of tailings can cause problems such as occupying land,polluting soil and water environment,especially as some tailings contain high levels of sulfides.Sulfides can oxidize to produce sulfuric acid in certain environments,causing greater damage to the environment.In the production process of cemented filling in mines,sulfates can also cause problems such as slow setting and cracking of sulfur-containing tailings during cemented filling.In order to study the occurrence form and oxidation law of sulfur elements in high sulfur tailings,uses XRD analysis and SEM analysis to determine the main forms of sulfur elements in high sulfur tailings.At the same time,three different placement environments are designed to carry out high sulfur tailings oxidation experiments.The experimental results show that the mass fraction of sulfur in the high-sulfur tailings is 36.5%,and the elemental sulfur is mainly in the form of pyrite(FeS2);High sulfur tailings underwent oxidation reactions in all three storage environments,with the fastest oxidation rate occurring in humid environments,38.5%increase in sulfate ion concentration,followed by natural environments,and the slowest oxidation rate occurring in flooded environments.Based on the oxidation reaction equation of high sulfur tailings,it can be inferred that a humid environment with sufficient moisture and air is beneficial for improving the oxidation rate of high sulfur tailings.In the actual production process,corresponding measures can be taken to slow down the oxidation rate of sulfides based on the oxidation characteristics of high sulfur tailings.
