摘  要:一种以环保混合冷媒为工质的新型制冷循环(Modified and Enhanced Refrigeration Gycle,MERC),通过理论研究和实验研究,结果表明:在理论设计工况范围内,MERC新循环可以实现明显的性能提升,最大COP提升达58.4%。在实验工况范围内制冷系统实现了最低蒸发器入口温度-53℃,最大升压比1.2。在节流阀开度减小和低沸点组分浓度增加的情况下,制冷温度越低,性能提升越明显。环境温度越低,喷射器升压比越高,节能潜力越大。研究结果可为环保混合冷媒增效制冷技术的推广和应用提供理论指导依据。A modified refrigeration cycle using environmentally friendly mixed refrigerants was proposed.The work was to theoretically and experimentally investigate the performance of the modified ejector refrigeration cycle(MERC)and present the potential of the performance improvement.The results showed that the MERC can obtain the lowest evaporator inlet temperature of-53℃and highest pressure lifting ratio of 1.2 within the experimental operation conditions.As the throttling valve opening reduced and the low boiling point component concentration increases,the refrigeration temperature would be decreased,but the performance improvement increased obviously.Furthermore,the ejector can obtain higher pressure lifting ratio with lower ambient temperature.This work is aimed to promote the further development of the low-temperature freezers.
