摘  要:采用数值分析方法,深入探讨了不同斜接管参数对压力容器应力强度的影响。主要考察的参数包括接管长度(L_(e))、斜接管角度(φ)和接管厚度(t_(st))。研究结果表明,上述工艺参数对压力容器应力强度及其分布产生显著影响。斜接管角度的变化会导致接管周围应力分布出现差异,斜接管长度的不同会影响到压力容器的补强性能,进而影响应力强度的大小。此外,接管厚度的增加会降低内外壁应力强度,但过厚的管壁可能导致内外壁压力差增大及经济成本上升。该研究为斜开孔压力容器的设计优化提供重要理论参考和技术支撑,这对于提升其安全性能和延长使用寿命具有重要意义。Using numerical analysis methods to deeply explore the influence of different mitered pipe parameters on the stress intensity of pressure vessels.The main parameters examined include nozzle length(L_(e)),angled nozzle angle(φ)and nozzle thickness(t_(st)).Research results show that the above process parameters have a significant impact on the stress intensity and distribution of pressure vessels.Changes in the angle of the angled pipe will lead to differences in stress distribution around the pipe,and differences in the length of the angled pipe will affect the reinforcement performance of the pressure vessel,thereby affecting the stress intensity.In addition,the increase in the thickness of the pipe will reduce the stress intensity of the inner and outer walls,but an excessively thick pipe wall may lead to an increase in the pressure difference between the inner and outer walls and an increase in economic costs.This research provides important theoretical reference and technical support for the design optimization of oblique opening pressure vessels,which is of great significance for improving their safety performance and extending their service life.
