摘 要:涉及滑石粉的质量分析需要将其由固态转化为易于分析的溶液状态,这个过程通常需要进行消解,微波消解是较常被选用的消解方法。现有报道的微波消解滑石粉的方法有多种,但它们的消解效果不尽相同。通过采用微波消解法,以医药用滑石粉为研究对象,将几种采用不同消解试剂和步骤的消解方法进行比较,对比其消解效果的差异。结果表明:硝酸无法消解滑石粉;氢氟酸消解液体系能够消解滑石粉,但是消解能力有限;氢氟酸消解体系辅以饱和硼酸溶液进行二次消解,能够消解更多的滑石粉。氟硼酸-硝酸-过氧化氢的消解体系有着很强的消解滑石粉的能力,且该体系试剂在常温下不腐蚀玻璃,后续检测无需赶酸。The quality analysis involving talc powder needs to transform it from a solid state to a solution state that is easy to analyze,this process usually requires digestion,and microwave digestion is the most commonly chosen digestion method.There are many reported methods of microwave digestion of talc,but their digestion effects are not the same.Microwave digestion method was adopted,and talc powder for medical use was used as the research object.Several digestion methods using different digestion reagents and steps were compared to compare their digestion effects.The results showed that:nitric acid could not dissolve talc powder;Hydrofluoric acid digestion liquid system can dissolve talc powder,but the digestion ability is limited.The hydrofluoric acid digestion system supplemented with saturated boric acid solution can dissolve more talc powder.The fluoroboric acid-nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide digestion system has a strong ability to dissolve talc powder,and the reagent of the system does not corrode glass at room temperature,and there is no need to drive acid for subsequent detection.
