薄煤层综采工作面智能化控制系统的设计及应用分析

摘  要:针对山西某矿94316采煤工作面,存在自动化、智能化水平低,采掘效率低等不足,为提高94316薄煤层采煤效率,基于94316薄煤层采煤工作面采煤工况,结合采煤设备应用情况,为94316薄煤层采煤工作面设计了智能控制系统,经试验应用测试:应用该智能控制系统后,94316薄煤层采煤工作面每天可进行15个正规循环,相比于未应用智能化系统前,采煤效率提升了1/5,且只需安排4名工作人员来监控采煤工作面进行采煤作业即可,缩减了作业人员,作业工效提高为165吨/工,应用该智能控制系统后达到了促进94316工作面采煤作业减人增效的目的,可为类似工况下薄煤层采煤工作面的智能化改造提供参考。For 94316 coal mining face in a mine in Shanxi,there are automation,low level of intelligence,low mining efficiency and other shortcomings,in order to improve the efficiency of 94316 thin seam coal mining,based on the working conditions of 94316 thin seam coal mining face,combined with the application of coal mining equipment,designed for the intelligent control system for the 94316 thin seam coal mining face,after the pilot application test:Application of the intelligent control system after the application of the intelligent control system,the 94316 thin seam coal mining face can carry out 15 regular cycles per day,compared with before the application of the intelligent system,the efficiency of coal mining has been improved by 1/5,and only 4 staff members are arranged to monitor the coal mining operation of the face,which reduces the number of operators,and the operating efficiency is increased to 165 t/worker.The application of this intelligent control system achieves the purpose of reducing manpower and increasing efficiency in coal mining operation of 94316 working face,and this study can provide reference for the intelligent transformation of thin seam coal mining working face under similar working conditions.
