摘　　要：为高效开发刚果(金)利卡西市潘达镇某尾矿铜资源,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了浮选工艺试验探究。试验结果表明:该铜尾矿中的含铜矿物主要为铜蓝,其次为胆矾、黄铜矿和硫铜钴矿,铜品位为1.70%,CuS品位为1.20%。在浮选质量分数为25%,捕收剂丁基黄药用量为96 g/t、六偏磷酸钠为643 g/t、2#油用量40 g/t的条件下,经1粗、2精、3扫闭路浮选工艺,可获得铜品位为28.18%、全铜回收率为53.67%、硫化铜回收率71.95%的铜精矿,为现场生产提供了技术支持。In order to efficiently develop the copper resources of a tailings in the Democratic Republic of the Congo,we conducted flotation process experiments and on-site technical transformation practices based on ore property research.The test results show that the copper-containing minerals in the copper tailings are mainly covellite,followed by chalcopyrite,chalcopyrite and copper-cobalt sulfide,with a copper grade of 1.70%and a CuS grade of 1.20%.Under the conditions of flotation mass fraction of 25%,collector butyl xanthate dosage of 96 g/t,sodium hexametaphosphate dosage of 643 g/t,and 2#oil dosage of 40 g/t,a copper concentrate with a copper grade of 28.18%,a total copper recovery rate of 53.67%,and a copper sulfide recovery rate of 71.95%can be obtained through a 1 coarse 2 fine 3 sweep closed-circuit flotation process,which provides technical support for field production.
